The Alabama Compensation Association has planned the next quarterly meeting at Vulcan Park and Museum on Wednesday, April 19, 2017. This luncheon meeting will feature Mr. Igor Urioc, Principal Consultant with Aleander Group and Mr. Josh Meeks, Director at Alexander Group. They will be presenting "Sales Compensation Center Practices to Retain Young High Potentials and Motivate Top Performers."
For the first time in history, sales organizations are made up of more generations than ever before. Sales compensation professionals must design sales compensation plans that resonate and motivate across multiple generations. In this session, you will learn how to motivate all generations, create value propositions for each unique sales population and utilize your top performers to provide context to young high potentials.
Mr. Urioc applies his experience in the areas of business strategy and sales process assessment and design. He works with Fortune 500 companies across various industries, focusing primarily on technology, telecommunciations, and media/advertising. He co-leads Alexander Group's Sales Quota practice area.
Mr. Meeks provides a holistic cross-functional view, enabling functional leaders to generate consensus and make critical decisions. In addition to working with clients, Mr. Meeks leads the Alexander Group's Revenue Motions practice and specializes in organization integration and transformation.
This meeting is $25 for members who have paid their $50 annual dues. The cost for nonmembers is $35. Don't hesitate to invite others to attend!
