The Alabama Compensation Association has planned the Q1-2019 meeting at Vulcan Park and Museum on Thursday, February 7, 2019. This luncheon meeting will feature Wes Wu, the Vice President of Advisory Services for Visier. Wes will be speaking on The Future of Work and what it means for us in HR and Compensation.
We all know that the "future of work" is coming, but none of us knows what that actually means. In a world where products, revenue streams, commercial markets, and possibly everything else will be changing, people and work will also fundamentally have to change.
Join a conversation with Wes Wu and participate a dialog to expose the macroeconomic drivers to what is changing the world and work, how workers and employers must fundamentally shift to survive, and why compensation organizations are a cornerstone to building the future. Peer into the future where shifts to digital, market revolutions, and product evolution will necessitate changes in human behaviors. These behaviors include changes to how we work, the types of workers that are most in demand, and our workplaces. Gain insight into how HR and compensation functions can start making progress into these areas today.
This meeting is $25, don't hesitate to invite others to attend!
