The Alabama Compensation Association (AlabamaComp) is a group of compensation professionals committed to providing a forum for whereby helpful information, suggestions, policies, plans, and ideas can be exchanged. AlabamaComp’s objective shall be to improve the competence of Human Resource professionals completing compensation functions for their respective employers; to raise the standards of performance in all phases of compensation administration and management; to provide continuing professional development opportunities; and to promote active participation in any movement, as approved by the Board of Directors or the Association as a whole, which will tend to improve the methods, practices and laws governing total compensation administration. AlabamaComp is a Local Network affiliate of WorldatWork.
